Intelligence: The first thing employers look for

Employers measure intelligence in many different ways. For this reason, some of the top CEO’s in the U.S. use many different questions to gain specific insight into the minds of prospective employees. For example, the CEO of Goldman Sachs likes to ask potential employees questions like “If you were shrunk to the size of a pencil and put in a blender, how would you get out?” to evaluate the problem solving skills of that individual.
