In September 2013, premium Australian natural supplements brand Wagner asked its Facebook fans to participate in a quiz about stress in their everyday lives.
With almost 3,000 respondents, Wagner got a good glimpse into how and why Australians experience stress over the course of a typical day. The results were surprising as the biggest sources of stress turned out to be different than expected.
Almost 92% of people who said “there are never enough hours in the day” also said that they sleep less than 8 hours a night – the impact of sleep on productivity and stress can’t be missed here.
